WHY DID MY ORDER GET CANCELLED?Updated a year ago
For your protection, orders that are flagged as suspicious by our system are automatically canceled. We do not charge our customers for canceled orders. A transaction on your statement may indicate an authorization hold has been placed on the funds associated with the order, but the authorization should be reversed within 72 business hours.
Occasionally, orders are canceled because a customer has provided inconsistent information during the checkout process. If you believe your order was canceled due to such an error, please review the details of the transaction. It's important to note that canceled orders cannot be reinstated. If you would like to proceed with your purchase, a new order must be placed.
Please verify the below before trying to place a new order:
Name on the order matches the billing and shipping address
Email on the order belongs to the name of the person placing the order
Card being used matches all of the above including email, phone, and billing/shipping address
